Stivo Simple Boy has waded into the ongoing Kenya Vs Tanzania rap beef, saying that Professor Jay is the only Bongo rapper who can beat him in a rap battle.
Kenya Vs Tanzania beef was sparked off by Khaligraph Jones who challenged his counterparts in Bongo to a rap battle while bragging about how he would obliterate them musically speaking.
Simple Boy has since embraced the war of words between Kenyan Hip Hop and that of neighboring Tanzania.
In an interview with online news bloggers, Stivo Simple Boy said that Tanzanian rap has no meaning at all because they rap in the Kiswahili language which does not cross Mount Kilimanjaro.
Stivo said veteran rapper Professor Jay is the only artiste who can shake him a little.
“Hamna msanii wa rap hata mmoja anayeweza nitoa kwenye ulingo. Labda tu mtu mmoja tu ndio anaweza nitoa. Mkongwe Professor Jay pekee yake. Hawa wengine ni bure tu. Rosa Ree bado ni mdogo sana na haniwezi,” Stivo Simple Boy said.
Stivo further claimed he plans to make a trip to Tanzania to show the rappers there to respect him.
“People were saying that Stevo Simple Boy should intervene. Now I announce that I have officially intervened. Even if OG hasn’t finished that bifu, then I will intervene and go all the way to Tanzania and kill all those rappers. I enter as the commander-in-chief. We are looking at the tyranny of Tanzania and Kenya, which country has rappers who have a great ability to comb,” he said.
“Watu walikuwa wanasema Stevo Simple Boy aingilie kati. Sasa natangaza pia mimi nimeingilia rasmi. Hata kama OG hajamaliza hiyo bifu, basi mimi nitaingilia niende mpaka pale Tanzania niwabwage hao marapa wote watukome. Mimi naingia kama amiri jeshi mkuu. Sisi tunaangalia ubabe wa Tanzania na Kenya, ni nchi gani ina marapa ambao wana uwezo mkubwa wa kuchana.”
