Stevo Simple Boy’s woes keep on increasing as his estranged manager Chingiboy Mstado now demands that the broke musician pay him Ksh150,000.
The outgoing manager came out to demand the amount before he could transfer the musician’s social media accounts to him.
Chingiboy is very much in control of Simple Boy’s Instagram and YouTube accounts.
Speaking during an interview with YouTuber 2Mbili, Chingiboy explained that he paid Ksh150,000 to gain control of Simple Boy’s YouTube and Instagram account from his former management MIB Africa which is led by Vaga Genius.
“It was close to Ksh150,000. I had finished paying MIB because Vaga wanted Ksh300,000. I took Instagram and YouTube because Facebook was not working. I told them to forget about the songs we did and the things I did for Stevo. I do not want them. I want my share of the money I gave Vaga,” Chingiboy said.
The irony is that Vaga Genius in June 2023 said that MIB Africa had agreed to give Stevo Simple Boy full rights to his music and social media accounts without charging him a dime.
“Let’s not charge anything or start giving emails and letters of our demands and we’ve agreed to give 100 percent rights on all the music’s that we ever produced with that guy, we’re giving him 100 percent rights on them,” Vaga said.
