Stevo Simple Boy has opened up about the mysterious incident that left him unconscious on stage during a live performance on Citizen TV’s 10/10 show on March 16, 2024.
In a shocking revelation, Stevo revealed that he had not eaten before going on stage, which led to his fainting episode.
According to Stevo, he and his team had gone without eating that day, and the only food they had was leftovers from the previous day.
“To tell the truth, that day we had not eaten, let me explain a little, to tell the truth, that day we had no kakitu, and there was some leftovers,” Stevo said.
However, his former manager Chingiboy Mstado disputed Stevo’s claims, insisting that he had cooked and served food to his artist before the show.
“Stevo, wait, just to tell the truth, wasn’t I the one who cooked that Friday?” Chingiboy asked.
Stevo confirmed that there was a stew, but revealed that it was leftover from the previous day, not cooked on the day of the performance.
“There was a stew, but it was a stew, Ugali,” Stevo replied.
The incident has sparked concerns about the artist’s well-being and the pressures of the music industry. Stevo’s fainting episode on stage was widely reported and many speculated that it was due to stress caused by his manager’s departure.
The incident serves as a reminder of the importance of prioritizing artists’ well-being and providing them with necessary support and resources.
