Stevo Simple Boy has opened up about the mysterious incident that left him unconscious on stage during a live performance on Citizen TV’s 10/10 show on March 16, 2024.
In a shocking revelation, Stevo revealed that he had not eaten before going on stage, which led to his fainting episode.
According to Stevo, he and his team had gone without eating that day, and the only food they had was leftovers from the previous day.

However, his former manager Chingiboy Mstado disputed Stevo’s claims, insisting that he had cooked and served food to his artist before the show.

Stevo confirmed that there was a stew, but revealed that it was leftover from the previous day, not cooked on the day of the performance.
