Evidently music and talent run deep in the Mwangis household now that even Stella Mwangi’s younger sister, Cherie Mwangi is rapping as well.
Chérie Angéla Mwangi known professionally as Cherie Mwangi is a talented rapper representing rap in both countries; Kenya and Norway just like her elder sister, Stella Mwangi who has been doing it for years.
Jumping together on the same record, Stella Mwangi and her younger sister who is also on the come up as a lethal emcee got featured by Doni Mula together with other established artistes; on the ‘Wallahi Remix’ hit record which is in Norwegian language.
Stella Mwangi can actually spit really good in Norwegian as much as she spits in English.
She can now rap in English, her native tongue; Kikuyu and now in Norwegian language.
With Cherie Mwangi she’s only beginning to make a name for herself in the rap game and with ‘Wallahi Remix’ hit record under her belt, there’s a high probability she’s going to be on other mainstreams records.
It’s only a matter of time before she takes over the rap scene and release hit records of her own as well now that she’s a committed rapper in a super competitive industry in two different countries.
