Youth in Kibera have taken to the streets to demonstrate against the arrest of Suna East MP Junet Mohamed.
Junet was arrested today morning outside Nation Center. His arrest comes as he was accused of hate speech.
Surprisingly Moses Kuria wasn’t arrested, he was only summoned to CID headquarters on Kiambu road to record a statement.
The Suna East MP reacted to Moses Kuria’s inflammatory remarks in which he called for the assassination of Raila Odinga.
Junet was arrested because he said Moses Kuria and his supporters ought to be deported to Congo forest.
His arrest has sparked protest on the roads as Cord supporters poured out in the streets to cause mayhem.
