SilversTone Barz has released a collaborative song dubbed ‘Africana’ that featured the talented phenomenal singer, songwriter, Victoria Kimani.
The 23-year-old rapper, songwriter, SilversTone Barz partnered with Victoria Kimani, the Kenyan-American singer, songwriter, actress, and entertainer, to make one of the best hits so far in 2021 that will forever etch their name in the Kenyan music industry as one of the best collaborations so far.
Opening up about the motivation behind the ‘Africana’ song, the rapper who worked with Dez, Jovie Jovv, and Timmy Blanco on her recently released mixtape said that the motivation was simply the vibes that came about with the beats.
“Song totally came from the vibes of the beats, man!
The beats were sent by D.O Speaks, a Grammy Award Winning Producer (Nipsey Hussle, The-Dream, Meek Mill, 2 Chainz, Sean Garrett, Jada Kingdom, Pardi) based in California sent Victoria Kimani the beat earlier and she thought it could sound dope with both of us!” SilversTone Barz said
D.O Speaks who produced the recently released song ‘Pardi’ by Jada Kingdom also produced ‘So on My Shit’ by SilversTone Barz.

SilvesTone Barz opened up about meeting up with Victoria Kimani in one afternoon and recording the song during that one time.
She loves the different feels[sic] that Victoria Kimani brings on the table, she’s even proud of working with her and how everything turned out to be.
I really wanted to tap into a different feel of music and we had connected before, so we arranged a session real quick, recorded within the afternoon, and voila!!
