William Samoei Arap Ruto is a rich and wealthy man going by all the standards, as such one would expect with this, he would be helping his brothers but not at all.
Much is talked about Rutos siblings, reports say he has 6 of whom are wallowing in a miasma of poverty. One such brother is Paul Ruto.
The story which first appeared on one local blog has generated a lot of criticisms and counter-criticisms as opinions are divided over who should take care of a brother.
“Believe it or not, Deputy President William Ruto’s brother lives under abject poverty despite his blood brother being filthy rich. His name is Paul Ruto… We hope DP Ruto does something about it,” reads the blog post.

Ruto lost one of his brothers in July. Harrison Kiptoo was the last born and the 7th born in their family.
Harrison Kiptoo who left was survived by two sons died of kidney and liver complications at the Nairobi Hospital on Saturday, July 16.

He was buried and laid to rest at their home in Kamagut, Uasin Gishu county, on Wednesday 20.
Prior to his death, Harrison Kiptoo who went to AIC Chebisaas Boys High School in Uasin Gishu county had traveled to India. for specialised treatment in May, 2016.
