Samidoh, who is a police officer, has received a warning from his bosses over the drama that was witnessed in Dubai involving his first wife Edday Nderitu and his baby mama Karen Nyamu.
Karen Nyamu, who has two children with Samidoh, and Edday fought during the singer’s Mugiithi show in Dubai.
Following the incident, Nyamu later announced that she has officially ended her relationship with the famous singer.
Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua spoke about the drama in Dubai during a funeral where Samidoh was also in attendance.
While addressing mourners in Gatundu during the burial ceremony of Pauline Nyokabi the elder sister to Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Investments, Trade and Industry Moses Kuria, Gachagua asked Samidoh to rein in his women and stop embarrassing the country abroad.
“Sasa wewe Samidoh ucontrol hii watu wako. Unajua hatutaki wazungu wajue mambo yetu vile tunakaanga hapa. Unajua hii wazungu ni ya mtu moja moja, sasa mukienda huko ikiwa namna hio wanatuelewa sana na hatutaki mambo yetu itoke huko nje. So wewe panga panga mambo yako,” Gachagua said.
The deputy president further warned that since Samidoh is a police officer the government would discipline him if he fails to control his women.
Gachagua elaborated that Samidoh could be restricted from traveling abroad for his shows or if he is allowed travel he would be have his women accompanying him.
“Na ukishindwa because you are one of our officers tutakudiscpline,tutakataza wewe kuenda ng’ambo. Ama kama utaenda, utaenda pekeako ndo tusipate aibu,” Gachagua said.
