Mugithi star Samuel Muchoki aka Samidoh has given his eldest son very special advice.
On Tuesday, Samidoh showed a beautiful letter written to him by his son confessing his great love for him.
“I love you dad,” read the beginning of the letter followed by a few other hidden words.
On top of the handwritten note, the famous singer wrote, “Big boy and his daddy”.
Samidoh attached the message to a short part of Kenny Rodgers’ Country song, ‘Coward of the County’ where he pleads and advises his son not to repeat the mistakes he made.
“Promise my son not to do what I did. Get out of trouble if you can, it doesn’t mean you’re weak if you turn the other cheek. I hope you’re old enough to understand. My son, you don’t have to fight to be a man,” the lyrics of the song that he posted on his post say.
Samidoh is the father of five known children. He has three children with his wife Edday Nderitu, two girls and one boy. He also has two other children with nominated senator Karen Nyamu.
Last December, the musician was involved in a dispute involving his wife Edday and his co-parent Karen Nyamu. The dispute erupted in Dubai where Samidoh was scheduled to perform.
The chaos started when Karen exchanged harsh words with Edday after going to the place where the singer was sitting with his wife and sitting on his lap with force.
Edday who seemed angry could not stand the insult and decided to take action.
Later, Karen announced a break with the father of her last two children following what happened.
