Samidoh has bowed to pressure from netizens after he was accused of leaving his wife of 11 years, Edday Nderitu.
The Mugithi superstar real name Samwel Muchoki has come forward to issue a personal apology to his wife, her family, and fans for putting his family in a bad place after videos of himself and city lawyer, businesswoman, and politician, Karen Nyamu shared on social media.
Karen Nyamu disclosed this past weekend that indeed it was Samidoh who sired her son despite thwarting those allegations in January 2021.
Karen Nyamu together with Samidoh has been the talk of the entire country this past weekend. Samidoh’s wife, Edday Nderitu was later on involved in an accident after Karen Nyamu came forward with the information that blew everything else out of the water on social media.

Taking to Instagram, Samidoh didn’t deny having a relationship with Karen Nyamu that brought forth an innocent child that he promised to take care of, he has however denied claims and allegations that he’s left his wife of 11 years that he’s been with her for over a decade.
“I am sorry!!!
I have put my family and myself in a bad situation. It is true I had a friendship with ms. Karen Nyamu and its this involvement that led to the birth of an innocent child whom i have and will always support both emotionally and materially.
I am a proud father to my children,” Samidoh’s open letter apology post read in part.
He added, “I am however perturbed by the motive and timing of these past videos which have led to unnecessary trolling of the child and my wife, I have never left my wife of 11 years for another woman. I apologized to her and my family before..”

Throughout this situation that began this weekend on social media, Samidoh maintained his silence, not commenting on anything whatsoever.

“I now apologize to you my fans for setting a bad example. I take full responsibility for my mistakes which I regret.
We have had our own shares of ups and downs but we are stronger and happy together. #Godblessus #Godblessmymarriage #yoursupportialwaystreasure.” he wrote on social media as he concluded his public apology.
This is the very first time he’s addressing this issue in public, all along it was Karen Nyamu who was doing all the talking on social media.
