Rouge real name Deko Barbara-Jessica Wedi becomes the first woman to have a South African Hip Hop Award and a nomination at the South African Film and Television Awards, it’s indeed women’s time and Rouge isn’t here to play.
Rouge who made a statement the other day by doing an A capella freestyle that will be forever be remembered just reminded people that she is taking the culture to the next level especially in hip hop.
