Yesterday, Cord Principals; Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula, lead Cord brigade to parliament to witness the swearing in of Malindi elect MP- Willy Mtengo.
Willy downed Philip Charo of Jubilee Alliance Party (JAP) in the just concluded Malindi parliamentary by-elections.
Raila met the speaker of national assembly, Justin Muturi, when he accompanied Cord legislators to the August House for the swearing in of Willy Mtengo.
It was during his meeting with Muturi that Majority Leader in national assembly, Aden Duale, who is Raila’s arguably fiercest critic, met the Cord leader.
Duale at one point called Raila Odinga the lord of poverty when the Cord leader described the deputy president William Ruto as the high priest of corruption in Kenya.
Yesterday things were however different; Raila and Duale warmed up to each other, it was hard to believe the two have a ‘beef’.
