Controversial gospel singer Alex ‘Ringtone’ Apoko couldn’t keep calm after find the right woman that he has been looking for.
Ringtone announced the good news in a video he posted on his Instagram page on Monday.
In the short clip, the controversial musician claimed that he is deep in love.
“Nafurahi sana. Mazee nimezama kwenye mahaba. Nashukuru Mungu kwa kunisaidia kuzama kwenye mapenzi,” Ringtone said.
The self-proclaimed chairman of the Union of Gospel Artistes of Kenya noted that his new love is very sweet.
He said that he is very happy with his new relationship and noted that he never thought that he would find love.
“Hivi karibuni nitawatambulisha kwa mpenzi wangu. Nimeanguka katika mapenzi mazee,” he added.
In addition, he thanked his fans for praying for him until he managed to find a lover and focus on relationships.
This comes just a few weeks after her fellow singer who was crushing on him for a long time, Justina Syokau made it clear that she no longer desired to be his wife and did not want him anymore.
Earlier this month, the flamboyant musician denied that he was in love with Ringtone.
According to her, when she said that she was romantically interested in the fellow singer, she did not mean that she wanted him but she just wanted Runda’s luxurious life and the artiste’s money.
Justina said that she heard Ringtone saying that she was lonely, that’s why she said that she wanted him, but the reality is that she wanted to live in Runda under Ringtone’s roof, not love.
“The chairman of the Gospel said he was lonely in Runda, I said I have not reached Runda, I said that I was romantically interested in Ringtone, it did not make sense that it was him, I wanted Runda, and money. Not Ringtone because I have no need for him but I had a need for Runda’s life and money. I don’t need a ringtone, just say I’m tired of paying the monthly rent for the house,” she said.
In 2019, Ringtone appeared on the street carrying a large poster with the qualities he considers in a wife.
The singer made it clear that he was ready to settle down and was looking for a good woman to settle down with.
