Rigan Sarkozi has come forward to demand what he is allegedly owned by fellow gospel musician, Daddy Owen.
The gospel music industry in the country just keeps on getting interesting filled with drama as the days goes on, it’s somewhat more entertaining than secular music to some point.
Yesterday, Rigan Sarkozi who is originally from the Goma, Democratic Republic Congo but currently residing in Nairobi took to social media yesterday calling out Daddy Owen for owing him a lot of money that he has collected over the years through his songs.
Rigan alleges that Daddy Owen owes him 2 million shillings.
Rigan Sarkozi accuses Daddy Owen of failing to pick his phone calls, fails to reply to his SMSs even though the ‘Vanity’ hitmaker has collected 5 years worth of his music royalties.
Sarkozi who has worked with Akothee and other musicians in the past with Daddy Owen being among the artistes he has worked with has recently shared a video giving Daddy Owen two hours to return his two million shillings.
According to Sarkozi, Daddy Owen failed to appear for a meeting that had agreed upon together with J Blessings, and Sadat Muhindi earlier on today.
Daddy Owen (according to Rigan Sarkozi’s) allegations claims that he is not currently in the country.
“Wa Kenya dady owen ame cancel meeting yangu na yeye na J BLESSING na SADAT muhindi eti ilikua iwe leo by 10:30 am Sasa anasema hayuko Kenya wakenya mjisaidie 2M siyo pesa kidogo jamani” Sarkozi shared on social media.
