The late Jacob Juma’s wife Miriam could be homeless anytime now months after her husband was shot by unknown people.
Miriam Juma is faced by a lawsuit and the petitioners claim the late businessman forged documents to claim ownership of the piece of land in Karen; they want the court to kick out Jacob Juma’s widow, Miriam Wairimu.
The plaintiffs are Auriel Marie, Joy Kimemia, Mary Wanjiru Chege, William Silala Sano, Suakei ole Parkire and Latoo Enepriakanga Nchepai.
All the people claiming ownership of the land wants the court to bring to book the offenders responsible for forgery of documents that state the contested parcel of land belongs to so and so.
