Christantus Nyachio, popularly known as Nyambegea from his role on Real Househelps of Kawangware TV series, has opened up about his suicide attempt.
Nyambegea is among many celebrities who have come out to publicly talk about depression after contemplating suicide.
Several celebs have been battling depression in silent, with some even trying to take their own lives multiple times.

Nyambegea opened up about his bout with depression in a post on social media.
The actor said he contemplated suicide when people close to him didn’t know what he was going through.
“I was actually depressed in front of people who I thought were close to me and what they kept telling me was ninawaomokea’ instead of asking don niaje siku hizi unabehave hivi. Hehe but si ni life?” Wrote Nyambegea.
Adding that;
“I was actually contemplating suicide at some point, nikasema siezi kufa njaa. Nikakua, nikashiba nikasahau hiyo story.”
