Raj has released yet another banger track

Raj is a well established rapper in Kenya and regionally too and though last year he released his EP that got a welcome reception, he is not stopping this year too as he is bound to take the Kenyan entertainment scene with a bang and his latest track ‘Dancee’ is just but a beginning of what is to come.

The African themed video is the first visual to be released from the B.A.E EP that was dropped on December at the launch that dubbed the BAE Concert at Uhuru Gardens.
B.A.E (Beautiful And Exquisite) EP is a track EP  about an African woman who is smart, beautiful and intelligent.

The visual shows the traditional aspects of the KISII community where RAJ comes from, while the audio, which is produced by ‘Okemwa ‘RAJ’ Rajiv, is an afro beat song with African drums and sounds incorporated with Kisii Swahili & Engilish melodies and bars.

“During RAJ’s trip to his hometown, KISII, after a long while, he was shocked to see the levels of poverty still, 2017, at the same place he grew up, a place he calls home. He decided to encode this situation into a stripped down video.

We decided, with the team at NEZZO FILMS, that it will be RAW. No make up, no fancy clothes, no fancy cars, houses or fancy anything. Just a raw video to show the exact situation of the people he loves and the place he calls home. While there, he donated food and clothes worth close to ksh70,000 to schools & orphanages.
