Police blocked Moi Avenue which was the main road Raila Odinga and his followers used to access IEBC offices at Anniversary Towers for the last 3 times Cord protested against the electoral body.
Police anti-Riot water cannon vehicles were parked along University Way as early as 10am ready to deal with Cord protesters.
While Police were anticipating Raila to use the usual Moi Avenue, the Cord Leader used Kenyatta Avenue and Koinage Street to access Anniversary Towers.
