Opposition leader Raila Odinga has claimed that the money stolen in the National Youth Service (NYS) scandal is meant to be used by the JAP.
Mr. Odinga claims that the monies will fund Jubilee’s political campaigns.
He specifically points out that, he is certain that the millions will be used ahead of the by-elections in Malindi and Kericho, as well as the 2017 general election.
“The Jubilee government has resorted to corruption to finance their campaigns and buy support because it is the only option they have to retain their power,” said Raila.
He urged Kenyans to not view the Jubilee administration as a model for governance because the numerous scandals that have rocked it at the expense of the tax payers.
Raila Odinga is believed to have been right when he first spoke about the looting at NYS.
