Philip Etale believes that the ODM Party leader and accomplished politician Raila Odinga will be the next President of Kenya, the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya.
He didn’t stop talking about the 5th President of Kenya there, he went further to add that Raila Odinga is the only President that Kenyans deserve right now all things considered.
The Orange Democratic Movement Director of Communications took to Twitter to express himself about his boss Raila Odinga and what he believes is right for Kenyans ahead of the next general elections in 2022.
“There will definitely be the 5th. There’s no doubt about that. Kenya needs that 5th to fix it. We need a better Kenya.
That 5th will be found in the next 362 days. I believe Raila Odinga will be the 5th Kenyans are yearning for. Yes.” Philip Etale’s official tweet read.

Etale went even further to note that the ODM Party is one that follows every protocol, and regulation placed by the Rule of Law in the Republic of Kenya that every political party should adhere to.
He challenged netizens to walk into the office of the Registrar of Political Parties to find out which party is democratic in everything they do.
Etale is confident that you’ll find that it’s the ODM Party that’s more democratic following the Political Parties Act to the letter.
“Take a walk into the office of the Registrar of Political Parties and she and her staff will tell you, ONLY ODM is a stickler to DEMOCRACY and a respecter of the Political Parties Act. Everything is done within the confines of the Law. Thus it can NOT be a cult. It will never be.” he said.
