Digital creator Pritty Vishy warns the public against dishonest influencers who credit herbal pills for results achieved on the operating table.

The star claims “Lipo 360” is the real secret behind many “snatched” waists currently being used to hawk weight-loss supplements.

Vishy urges fans to stop wasting money on “unrealistic” results promoted by creators who hide their surgical histories.

In a “tell-all” post shared with her followers on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, Vishy—born Purity Vishenwa—issued a stern warning against what she describes as a “dangerous deception” sweeping the influencer industry.

She accused a section of the social media elite of undergoing expensive Lipo 360 surgery and then “maliciously” using their new physiques to sell fake flat tummy and butt enhancement (mafrumbaya) pills to unsuspecting fans.

“Be careful with influencers who have done lipo 360 and go ahead to advertise and sell for you people flat tummy and mafrumbaya pills. Be careful with such influencers!” Vishy cautioned.

According to Vishy, the trend is not just dishonest—it is a financial trap for young women desperate to achieve the “Instagram aesthetic.”

Many followers spend thousands of shillings on herbal teas and pills that are scientifically incapable of mimicking the dramatic results of a surgical procedure.

The Lipo 360 procedure, which suctions fat from the entire midsection to create a “snatched” silhouette, has become a status symbol among Kenyan socialites.

However, Vishy claims an “unethical” group is hiding their procedures to secure lucrative brand deals with weight-loss companies.

“It is dishonest to mislead your followers into believing pills are responsible for your shape when you achieved it through surgery,” Vishy added, highlighting that many fans end up “risking their health” in pursuit of a lie.

Vishy’s outburst has ignited a fierce debate about the ethics of influencer marketing in the beauty sector. Critics argue that without the disclosure of surgical intervention, these advertisements constitute “false claims.”

The content creator, who has built a brand on being “unapologetically herself,” urged her fans to develop a thick skin against digital peer pressure. Her message was simple: “Question what you see online before you buy.”

As the pressure mounts for influencers to be transparent about their “cosmetic help,” Vishy is being hailed by some as a whistleblower for the “body positivity” movement, exposing the high cost of the industry’s surgical secrets.
