Prezzo married his baby mama Daisy Kiplagat on December 6, 2008, in a lavish wedding that was held at the exclusive Karen County Lodge.
The wedding was elaborate as Prezzo drove in a decorated black and grey Rolls Royce and the guest list included people like the late Fidel Odinga, former Kiambu governor William Kabogo and fellow musicians like Wyre, Shaffie Weru, Colonel Mustapha, Nasty Thomas among others.
Speaking during an interview on POVPodcastKenya, Prezzo revealed that he spent a whopping Ksh4.6 million on his wedding with Daisy.
“I spent about roughly around Ksh 4.6 million,” Prezzo said.
The rapper further added that if he could go back in time he would do if different.
“But you see now with the same breath you know like I told you before earlier on in your conversation – you live and you learn. Life teaches you some things and you say if I could do it again I would do some things differently,” he said.
Prezzo said he regrets spending Ksh4.6 million on his wedding, adding that if he was to do it again he would have opted for a civil marriage at the Attorney General’s office.
“I would go to the AG’s office with my brother Steve as a witness. The saddest thing is like my mother told me you have so many friends why don’t you have a committee? I said men when I was meeting this lady they were not there,” Prezzo said.
“Truth be told you see at the end of the day I wasted that money in feeding people who were not even relevant in my life,” he added.
Prezzo broke up with Daisy shortly after their wedding. The rapper went on to date and marry other women but his relationships failed the test of time.
