Gospel musician Bahati met with President Uhuru while representing the youth at the Youth Summit at State House in Nairobi on Monday, October 3.
Gospel singer Bahati has opened up about his conversation with the president that they had outside Statehouse on toady, 3rd.
The singer shared through his social media platforms that the president has vowed to support him in his young career as an artist.
The gospel singer shared on social media about his recent conversation with the President saying the president has promised to help him.
“I promise to give you 100% support in your journey to greatness, count on me Bahati!!” Bahati posted on Facebook explaining his conversation with President Uhuru that is already becoming a trending topic online.
The two were photographed together outside statehouse and social media kept on guessing about their talk. Others claimed Bahati was being given a stern warning for his unseating act of the president that sparked mixed reaction a few weeks ago.
Bahati, however, says it was a motivational talk that almost moved him to tears.
“Almost shed a tear when president Uhuru Kenyatta said this to me minutes ago at state house Nairobi. Who’s like my God???” he said in the post.
Bahati aired a few grievance in the summit that artist face and how the government can help them and ensure growth.
