Ugandan cultural leader Kamuswaga Apollo Sansa Kabumbuli is doing rounds on social media following his ordeal in the hands of police.
The cultural leader dangerously tried to overtake the entourage of Vice president Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi along Masaka-Mutukula Highway on February 2nd.
Photos circulating online show police shoving Mr. Apollo out of his Prado before dragging him along the tarmac to their vehicle.
Ugandan police later apologize for the incident saying they didn’t immediately recognize the Cultural leader since he had dressed like an ordinary citizen.
