Cord leader Raila odinga is on a tour of Western Kenya to quell opposing voices started by ODM rebel MPs Ababu Namwamba and Paul Otuoma.
Raila visited the home turf of former ODM secretary General-cum- Budalang’I MP where he met his supporters and assured them of a cohesive and united ODM even as rebel MP storm out of the opposition party.
Raila was warmly received at several stopovers in Budalang’I but a few other witnessed rebellions from Namwamba’s supporters who waved placards in support of the Budalang’I MP and chanted anti-ODM slogans.
Raila was accompanied by governors Sospeter Ojaamong (Busia), Oparanya (Kakamega) and Cornell Rasanga (Siaya), Senator Hassan Omar (Mombasa) and MPs Florence Mutua (Busia), Geoffrey Odanga (Matayos) and Andrew Toboso (Butere).
