A police officer attached to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on 24th August shot herself dead moments after reporting to work. Corporal Gaudencia Mwausi had just returned from her annual leave when the incident occurred leaving her colleagues shocked.
The reason that could have led to her committing suicide is yet to be established even as questions remain unanswered.
The body of 28 year old officer was found in the staff toilet by a cleaner in the morning.
Investigations begin.
