Photos:Celebrations In Eldoret As William Ruto and Joshua Sang Win at ICC

After DP William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang win at ICC, residents of Eldoret the home area of Ruto went to the streets to celebrate the no case to answer win.

William Ruto and Joshua Sang were the remaining Kenyans who were still facing responsibility for igniting the 2007/08 post election violence, but the case hit a dead end due to lack of evidence.

After the ruling by the ICC, there were mixed reactions online, some asking , if no one was responsible, who is to take the cross for the people who were burnt at the Kiambaa church in Eldoret?

Disturbing images have also been shared to remind and refresh Kenyans of lives lost, people injured.

But as Eldoret and supporters of William Ruto and Joshua Sang celebrate, there still lies pain deeply rooted into those who lost property and loved ones, those who lives changed completely after the skirmishes.

Here are some of the photos from Eldoret(courtesy)
