This morning, two trailers collided head-on in the Governor area along the Maai Mahiu-Naivasha Road, resulting in a major traffic disaster. Due to the collision, both cars drove off the road and caught fire.
Officers from the Maai Mahiu Police Station responded quickly, making sure that all wounded were sent to the Naivasha Sub-county Hospital for treatment.
The police advise all users of the road to assume personal responsibility and use caution, particularly during this festive and rainy season, by abiding by the posted speed limits and overtaking restrictions.
