Sifa Akim is a young, talented, singer, songwriter, and record producer who resembles singer Bahati Kenya, he might even pass for his twin or a double.
Sifa Akim is a doppelgänger of the ‘Mama’ hit star.
In 2016, the lad made many fans of Bahati wonder, if he was his brother that they never knew about; From his hairdo, skin tone, and even clothing choices, it all matched.
What made Sifa Akim stand out even more is that he’s from Huruma estate popularly known as H-Town, just like Bahati.
Well I decided to dig a little bit deeper and see what Sifa Akim has been up to over the years since he was last highlighted on social media a few years back.
Well, he has established his name in the music industry as we know it, he’s now a big producer behind many hit songs in Kenya’s music industry plus he’s worked with many celebrities in his quest of music dominance as a record producer.
Sifa Akim produced a hip hop powerful record dubbed ‘Massacre‘, which features King Kaka, Chiwawa and Mbithi.
He’s also the producer behind the sensational hit song dubbed ‘Lip Service’ as written and performed by Femi One together with Wangechi.
He also did his thing on ‘Maji’ record by Kaka Empire’s boy group, JADI and many others.
The young man has since grown and has forged his own path away from just being compared and referred to as Bahati’s doppelgänger.
When announcing the launch of his EP dubbed ‘The Intro EP’, Sifa Akim posted:
“Music making is one thing that will come to your mind whenever you talk about him. Sifa akim, is here with a project “The Intro Ep ” with a collection of songs telling stories from his personal experience as a way of introducing himself in the industry and to all music fans at large.”
@SIFAAKIM
Sifa is also involved in discovering and nurturing new talents. For example, on 19 November, he is part of this talent search in Kahawa Wendani; a suburb located on the border of Kiambu County and Nairobi County, along the famous Thika road.
Also I realized the resemblances have changed, but Sifa Akim and Bahati now look like stars they are.
All other similarities noticed before remain; hairdo’s, fashion and being in the music industry all these years.
Photos of Sifa Akim and Bahati Kenya, still identical?
How would you characterize the two?
