Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and members of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) have treated their leader Raila Odinga to a surprise birthday party in Ghana.
The ODM leader was celebrating his 72nd birthday on Saturday, January 7.
Earlier, Kenyans had sent Raila birthday messages on social media by using the hashtag #HappyBirthdayRaila.

The birthday bash for the former prime minister was held at the Tang Palace Hotel, in the capital Accra.
According to Joho, the birthday bash was a surprise to the opposition leader.Raila was in Ghana for the inauguration Nana Kuffor Addo as the new President of Ghana
