The government promised to obey court orders to allow CORD to have a rally at Uhuru Park, this Madaraka Day.
Preparations are already underway at Uhuru Park and people have started streaming in.However, there are some thick minds who just decided to carry with them crude weapons.
Police at Uhuru Park say they have arrested people with pangas, knives and clubs. Raila Odinga and his CORD team are expected later on during the day.
