“It is well, It is well in my soul”
That’s the song that’s playing in my mind right now after finding out that one of my favorite Senator and a woman empowerment enthusiast, Senator Naisula Lesuuda lost her young, energetic brother called Perez Leysuddah popularly known as Perez Saitemu Lesuuda who was about to join campus after passing his K.C.S.E(Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education) with flying colors.

Perez was ill and he even sat for his K.C.S.E exam while he was still ill. All we can say is that God always has His plans for all of us and we can never question His decisions.
The Senator took to social media to pour her heart out about the lose of her loving brother and wrote him a loving, touching, emotional letter that read amd I quote :
“My lovely bro… Perez Leysuuda(Perez Saitemu Lesuuda) today you have turned 19 looking forward to joining campus next year after excelling sana despite your illness. As a family we all looked forward to a bright future for you ahead but clearly our God had other plans. Sleep with the angels my bro you embodied everything in a young man. We loved you sana. Hard to accept but who are we… God is the holder of our lives. You will always be our baby brother.
