Otile Brown is the latest musician to publicly support Willy Paul’s rant the other day after it was alleged that the music governing body in the country, MCSK(Music Copyright Society of Kenya) stole some monies intended to be disbursed to musicians in the country.
Other established artistes who have publicly open up about the situation are Khaligraph Jones, King Kaka, and Jovial to mention just a few.
Otile Brown who currently holds the record in Boomplay across the East African region for the most streamed album under the duration of 3 months has come forward to write to the President, Uhuru Kenyatta about the current predicament musicians are currently in right now.
On the already-deleted post, Otile Brown asked the President to at least step in and help the situation asking the President to at least have the senior people at MCSK jailed and their properties auctioned to at least cover what they stole from artistes in the country.

Read the open letter Otile Brown wrote to President Uhuru Kenyatta in its entirety below;
“Mheshimiwa Rais @ukenyatta heshima yako Samahani!
Alhamdulilah!
Inauma sanaa mheshimiwa Rais @ukenyatta
I love my country 🇰🇪 Mwenyezi mungu tusimamie 🙏
Mheshimiwa Rais @ukenyatta .. we’re not asking for anything from the government but to be given, what is rightfully ours .. please please, please !!!!🙏”
Otile Brown has since made another plea to the President asking him to open up the country and let everything return back to normalcy since himself and his Deputy, William Ruto together with ODM pulled a huge crowd addressing the common mwananchi, and nothing seemed to have happened to them.
