Otile Brown reached out to thief (s) who stole his two expensive Apple Macbook Pro laptops and offered them cash in return for his personal computers.

The Kenyan singer was robbed of his laptops in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania at the Julius Nyerere International Airport.

Otile lamented that guards at the airport could not help him when he was robbed of the laptops.

The ‘Woman’ hitmaker opted to directly reach out to the thief who stole his laptops in a desperate bid to get them back.

Otile offered to pay the thief money insisting that the content in his laptops was of more value to him than the computers themselves.

“Atakaye pata laptops zangu mimi ntapeana hela yani mimi ni street yani ata si lazima tuende polisi sijui nini mambo hayo hayana maana yani ni content zilizomo humo ndani. Mimi naweza kulipa heli yani unirudshie laptop yangu. Organize tu jinsi gani unavyofanya maana najua uenda ukawa sahi unatafuta customer, unatafuta soko ya kuuza hizo laptop. Content zilizomo homo ndani ni muhimu sana so mi naweza toa yani kiasi cha hela pengine ata unachokihitaji alafu unirudishie tu laptops zangu. Utakua umenifanyia favour kubwa sana,” Otile said in a video posted online.

Moments after sharing the video, Otile got back his two laptops. It’s not clear if the singer paid the thief to get back the two computers that were stolen.

In a video shared on social media, the singer is seen being given back the two laptops by men who knocked on his hotel room.
