Octopizzo has been acting like he really did work with America’s RnB star August Alsina in one of his newly released songs dubbed ‘Could Be Us’ which the RnB A-list star singer profusely and utterly denied.
I am in every way Octopizzo’s fan but I love to see real artistes do real music and if they happen to sample songs from other artistes, at least they should have the courtesy to give credit where it’s due and that being said, I like to keep it real.
Octopizzo should stop taking all of us for a ride I mean if he was all about keeping it real with is and more specifically his fans he would have denied the speculations that he has worked with the RnB singer, I know it’s all about getting the rates but come on man you can do better.
This is the tweet that August Alsina tweeted in regard to him working with Octopizzo

Truth be told I wasn’t going to do a piece about Octopizzo getting thwarted with August Alsina just a few hours ago but after what just transpired, I am afraid I have even lost respect for Octopizzo.
The ‘Could Be Us’ track wasn’t in any way featuring August Alsina but apparently, it is a song done by an American up and coming rapper who goes by the name JMG who features Fedarro, Vellz and Danny O.
The rapper didn’t even sample the song as every other artiste do once in a while but he copied the whole song, in our writing stratosphere, it could have been referred to plagiarism first hand.
I mean is this the artiste that is representing Kenyan hip hop? I think somebody better school him about at least giving credit where it’s due if not doing quality music from the ground up.
Whatever happened to ‘Get That Money Buy That Ndula’ Octopizzo? I wonder
Here’s the original song that Octopizzo copied and took all the credits to himself
