When you think of an old man, you think of someone who is retired and having slow days. But some old men apparently have other things that they do that will shock you to kingdom-com. A 78-year-old hunter has been arrested by the Awutu Bawjiase District Police command in the Awutu Senya west district of the central region for allegedly keeping human body parts.
According to the Awutu Senya District Police commander, DSP Bernard Norgan, the suspect whose name was given as Kojo Asare had allegedly arranged to sell the Human parts to a fetish priest at the Awutu Bawjiase community.
He added that luck however eluded Kojo Asare as he was arrested by the Awutu Senya police upon a tip of from a close source leading to his arrest at the shrine.
Upon examination, Asare however revealed to the police that he found the parts in a forest while he was hunting for snails and decided to sell them. Oh! Really! Old man tell me more.
Kojo Asare reportedly led the police to the location where he allegedly picked up the body parts.
According to reports, the police retrieved an attire and an identification card believed to be that of the person who was murdered.
The old man has however been arraigned before court and remanded into police custody for investigation to continue as the body parts have been sent for forensic laboratory audit. Selling body parts.
