The other day at the just concluded Pulse Music Video Awards where many artistes were in attendance, Dela got to win the coveted award of Best Female Artiste #PMVA2016 and after she was announced as the leader, she stood up and went straight up to Timmy Tdat who was sitting next to Gilas Millo who was sitting to her and kissed his straight up on the lips, check out the video courtesy of Akothee.
