Octopizzo is married to a white mommy whom he sired with a gorgeous interracial baby girl. Octo also has other daughter from his previous relationship.
The flamboyant rapper lost his mother when he was a teenager growing up in Kibera slum. Octo was partly brought by his grandmother following his mother’s death.
