Octopizzo wants to make a mark in Kenya’s youth lives as much as he does make a mark through his music and empowerment programs.

Octopizzo has managed to make good of his celebrity status and influence to help and speak out for the youth out there who would otherwise not have anyone speak out for them.

Octopizzo is more than just a rap artiste, he’s a philanthropist, a human activist and more importantly, he’s a person who always speaks out for the benefit of the youth out there, he’s the face of Kibera; both in music and uplifting and changing people’s lives in whichever way he can.

The other day he met up with the EU in Kenya Ambassador Henrietter Geiger as accompanied by the one and only Moha Grafix himself where they talked about a lot of things with most of them evolving around youth.

“Linked up with the EU in Kenya Ambassador Henriette Geiger alongside my dope friend Moha Grafix,” Octopizzo wrote in part on Instagram.

He went further to disclose the important matters they got to talk about on their meeting up with Ambassador Henriette Geiger that proved that indeed Octopizzo has the youth’s best intentions at heart.

“We discussed the importance of youth inclusion which includes youth expression through the arts, youth involvement in community service, Juvenile reforms, and many more on creating opportunities for youth decision-making at various levels of government through the Bilateral EU Africa Partnership. It’s time we move from advocacy to actual implementation as we create the future together,” he concluded.

Moha Grafix who came with the matatu that he drew the mural of Octopizzo on the back that pays homage to the ‘Kanye’ hitmaker was glad to have been a part of that conversation and also be present.

A few days ago, Octopizzo used his time, resources, influence, and connections to find some of the best lawyers in the country to represent two young Kenyans to help them get released from prison.

What Octopizzo is doing and what he’s been doing as a rapper is unprecedented not only in Kenya but in the entire Africa continent and is commendable whichever way you look at it.

I am a Pan-Afrikanist to the core and love to let the world know what they are missing in Africa. I might do that through music and some interesting posts from time to time so please bare with me.

I will always be real though, that's a guarantee.
