The Queen of Afro-House Niniola delivers some fresh unprecedented summer heat with a record dubbed ‘Addicted’ which is her the latest single from her upcoming sophomore album, ‘Colours and Sounds’, dropping in September.
Following on the heels of the Afrobeat-inspired ‘Fantasy’ record featuring Femi Kuti, Niniola returns to her signature sound on a hypnotic rhythm from close collaborator and long-time producer SARZ .
“‘Addicted’ is about searching for a long-lost love,” Niniola says. “Having a crazy addiction to love.”
Niniola is more than ready to release her sophomore studio album and she can’t wait to share it with the world now that she has released one of the songs from the project.

The ‘Addicted’ which has since become an anthem not only in Nigeria, the song has also crossed borders, and DJs from other continents are jamming to it, especially in the UK and Russia.
One DJ from Russia, DJ Superman had the record in his sets and played the song from the start to finish which speaks volumes about the song.
Stevie Street who is a Presenter and Producer on Legacy 90.1 FM in Manchester also can’t seem to get enough of the ‘Addicted’ hit record which he has been playing it back to back on the ‘Afrobeats Fresh Show’ on the radio.
