David Mathenge aka Nameless has insisted that his wife, Wahu Kagwi is not pregnant, contrary to the claims that have been made.
On Monday, rapper King Kaka posted a photo of Nameless and Wahu that sparked a huge debate on social media as the mother of three’s stomach appeared to be protruding beyond normal.
In an interview with a local radio station, Nameless, however, made it clear that his wife’s body, which looks bigger than usual, is due to eating well and being at peace.
“She just ate well, calmed down. There is nothing, just food, she has eaten well,” Nameless said.
The father of three daughters went on to reveal that his wife has been drinking a lot of porridge due to breastfeeding their youngest daughter, thus contributing to her weight gain.
However, he announced that Wahu will soon start working out at the gym in an effort to lose weight.
“She’s not pregnant, she’s just eating… she’s going back to the gym. She just drinks a lot of porridge, her problem is drinking too much porridge. She drinks a lot of porridge because of Shiro,” he said.
The veteran musician noted that they have already closed the door to childbirth and made it clear that they have no plans to add another child.
“There is no goal there. We have closed that now. You want me to be Abraham’s father. Is that over?” he said.
About two months ago, Wahu opened up about the challenge of increasing her body weight since she gave birth to her third child last year.
The ‘Sweet Love’ hit singer in an interview with Eve Mungai said that at that time his body had gained weight at an incredible speed and he was about to reach 90 kg.
Wahu said that at first she was small but a few months after giving birth, she found herself gaining about 30 kilos.
“The important thing is to love yourself as you are. I have gained a lot of weight, not a little. My friend, I am close to 90 kilos, I used to be small but now I have gained about 30 kilos and I am fine personally because I know the reason, it is my body and the time to lose weight will come, the important thing is to love yourself the way you are and embrace your situation.” Wahu said.
