Nadia Mukami is by far one of the most fast-rising talented artistes Kenya has ever seen in the recent past, she shot up to stardom with her powerful, yet well-elaborated, tell-all hit single dubbed ‘Si Rahisi’ released over a year ago and she has never looked back ever since.
The sky has been her stepping stone ever since she released ‘Si Rahisi’ single.
Nadia Mukami has since went on to release numerous hit singles, some she released alone while others, she released without features but most importantly, she won’t and can’t ever forget the song that put her on the mainstream music status, her Ilhaji Made It produced ‘Si Rahisi’ hit single which is in Swahili and translates to ‘It’s not Easy’.
The song which has been played across the continent ever since its official release has since went on to be quoted by numerous Kenyan artistes in the music industry today with one example being ExRay from Boondocks Gang using it on Naiboi’s ‘Sondeka remix’ where he quotes Nadia Mukami’s ‘Si Rahisi’ on his verse by saying; “si rahisi uliza hadi Nadia”.
Taking to social media, Nadia Mukami who has acknowledged the power that her song ‘Si Rahisi’ has done for the Kenyan music scene, believes that this song will move to the next generation and inspire upcoming songwriters and poets to be just like her.
