Museveni Badly Rigs Uganda’s Elections- Senator Reveals

Kisumu Senator, Professor Anyang’ Nyong’o, has revealed incumbent Ugandan President, Yoweri Museveni, has rigged Thurday elections.

“Evidence of stuffed ballot boxes is rampant. The state shut down social media to curtail information on the rigging, and delays in opening up polling stations denied millions of voters access to ballot boxes,” Nyong’ was quoted as saying.

Museveni’s key rival, Kizza Bisigye, was yesterday arrested after making similar claims. The opposition leader is reportedly placed under house arrest.

Kyalya: 18,444 (0.52%)

Biraaro: 11,176 (0.32%)

Mabirizi: 10,266 (0.29%)
