Comedian David ‘Mulamwah’ Oyando has offered a chilling defence of his brutal online feud with his former partner, Ruth K, claiming he was forced into a ‘war’ after she allegedly spread malicious rumours about his health that cost him lucrative career sponsorships.
The controversial revelation came during an intense segment of the Carol Sonnie Show aired on Monday, December 15, 2025, where Mulamwah faced his other ex-partner, Carol Sonnie, who questioned his motives behind demanding Ruth K return the teeth he had paid for.
While defending the now-infamous dental implant controversy—where he told Ruth K to “return my teeth” during an online spat—Mulamwah warned that public feuds have severe consequences, revealing the horrific extent of Ruth K’s alleged sabotage.
“War is war. If you are in a war with someone, you better be ready,” Mulamwah declared.
“If you want peace, this is peace, but if you want war you will get war because everyone is protecting their space.”

Mulamwah then unveiled the explosive claim that pushed him to retaliate so fiercely against his baby mama, Ruth K.
He alleged that during their messy June 2025 breakup, Ruth K not only defamed him to private individuals but also targeted his professional life.
“How do you add 84 ladies to a WhatsApp group and tell them David Oyando is HIV positive?” he emotionally questioned.
“You even added clients to the group, and they withdrew sponsorship for my stand-up show. Do I date every woman I talk to?”

This severe claim of calculated sabotage, if true, provides a motive for the comedian’s scorched-earth response, which included the viral demand for the return of the teeth he financed during their relationship.
Mulamwah’s dental demand became the flashpoint of their June breakup, leading to a viral video where Ruth K physically removed the implants and sent them back via a motorbike courier.
Sonnie, who Mulamwah was now being interviewed by, confronted him about the harshness of the public request, questioning whether the comment was truly unintentional, as Mulamwah claimed.

“Really? It didn’t have to get there. You didn’t think about it before kuandika?” Sonnie posed, unconvinced by his explanation that the comment about the malocclusion procedure “just slipped out.”
While Mulamwah admitted the teeth remark should not have been included in his lengthy breakup post, he maintained that the overall atmosphere of hostility created by Ruth K’s alleged actions justified his defensive posture.
