Mulamwah caught the attention of netizens once again after he called out the KFCB(Kenya Film and Classification Board) CEO Dr. Ezekiel Mutua on social media.
The comedian took to social media to remind the KFCB boss about the promise that he made to him back on 15th April 2020 about Ezekiel Mutua taking him under his wing and mentor him.
Ezekiel Mutua sent out the tweet after Mulamwah was bullied by social media users which made him burn the signature shirt that he’s been using for his skits.
Dr. Mutua promised to make Mulamwah the ambassador of clean continent on social media.
“I hear that twitterates are driving Mulamwah out of comedy & into depression. Bro pick yourself up and give me a call.
I will buy you a new shirt, mentor you and make you an ambassador of clean content. The best way of dealing with cyber bullies is to refuse to give up!” the tweet that the KFCB boss Dr. Ezekiel Mutua sent out read.
Ezekiel Mutua wants to mentor Mulamwah after online trolls, Kenyans on Twitter reacts
Just to remind the KFCB boss, the comedian called him out on Twitter for reneging the promise he made to him last year about making him the ambassador of clean content.
Mulamwah alleged that the KFCB boss is instilling false hope in youth about the government helping out the youth.
“Hellow sir, @EzekielMutua, it’s almost a year since your promise, did you mean it or you were just tweeting for the moment, or am I “inaccessible”?. If the GVT cannot help us as youth, then please don’t instill false hope in us, it’s better you leave us to suffer in peace .” Mulamwah sent out the tweet attacking his receipt of Mutua promising him a job.
Dr. Ezekiel Mutua’s response
The outspoken moral police of Kenya, Dr. Ezekial Mutua finally answered Mulamwah telling him that the promise that he made to him back in April last year was a personal one, not in any way attached to his office.
After he did a background check on the comedian, the KFCB found out that Mulamwah doesn’t fit the bill of being the brand ambassador of clean content in Kenya.
Dr. Ezekiel was rather brutal yet subtle in his response that got Mulamwah trending today.
“Bro, my little token of support was personal, not Govt. Sorry if it gave you a false sense of entitlement. We did a background check on you and U didn’t fit the “Clean Content Ambassadors” bill. We do not support filth & bad manners. Content does not hve to be dirty to sell!” the KFCB CEO answered Mulamwah.
