Muhanjii talks about friends back-biting you in his latest ‘Nani’ record

Nani is a personal experience birthed on friendship and how they could make or break us, it’s important to have close-knit relationships with other people to help and look out for you in the good, the bad & the ugly.

In the song, Muhanjii reiterates that life is all about being in fruitful relationships. The song has taken a root on verses in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 which say [9 Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor. 10 If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.

Being a lover of hip hop music, I would say Muhanjii has done a good job jumping on such a powerful hip hop classic beat that Beanie Sigel once jumped on in his ‘ Feel It In the Air’ record which featured Melissa Jiménez back in 2003 and was produced by the multi-talented music producer and artiste Heavy D.

The ‘Feel It In the Air’ record was in the ‘The B. Coming’ studio album by Beanie Sigel which was officially released on March 29, 2005.

The way Muhanjii flows on this ‘Nani’ record and with the meaning behind his lyrics will make you think it was poetic for him to choose the beat he chose for this.

“Love your friends and be resourceful even Jesus had friends.” Muhanjii said in relation to the ‘Nani’ record which is off his new EP ‘Odd One Out’ that you can now cop a copy of.
