Miracle Baby announces departure from secular music after God spares his life

Gengetone-turned-Mugithi musician Peter Mwangi aka Miracle Baby has quit secular music to serve God after a brush with death.

Miracle Baby announced his departure from secular music to devote himself to spreading the word of God while sleeping on his hospital bed.

The musician, who has been battling health issues for nearly two months, revealed his decision in a heartfelt video alongside his mother, expressing gratitude to fans for their unwavering support during his medical treatment.

In his latest update, Peter conveyed his intention to become a pastor.

“Bwana asifiwe, I am going to preach. Kutoka hapa nakua pastor and I will preach. Wenye wamenisupport God bless you, wenye hawajaweza I know mko njiani na Mungu anasema hapa ninatoka. Naweza toka kesho ama kesho kutwa in Jesus name,” Miracle Baby said.

The announcement follows Miracle Baby’s third surgery on Tuesday, February 6.

Miracle Baby’s hospital bill has surged to Ksh1.6 million after he underwent the third surgery.

Carol Katrue, the musician’s partner, came out to appeal for financial assistance from Kenyans to clear the daunting medical hospital bill.

Katrue in a recent social media post shared Miracle Bbay’s plight, revealing money was needed to clear the bill so that the Gengetone-turned- Mugithi musician could be discharged from hospital.
