The ‘Slowly’ hitmaker who collaborated with Otile Brown a couple of months ago for their ‘Dusuma’ hit song decided to surprise his then-girlfriend now-fiancée Mimi Mehrifa on her birthday, December 18 2020, and propose to her.
His fiance Mimi Mehfira wasn’t expecting to be proposed to by her fiancee before the grand proposal.
Meddy caught everything on camera and shared it with his fans on social media in an effort of involving them in his love life with his fiancée Mimi Mehfira.
Meddy performed the acoustic version of ‘Dusuma’ as a soundtrack to his proposal video.
Ecstatic Mimi Mehfira took to social media the next day after her birthday last year and poured her heart out to her musician fiancée.
“Where do I even begin!!!! @meddyonly you’ve exceeded everything that I thought a man should be.” Mimi Mehfira wrote in part on social media.
She went ahead to add;
“I could have not dreamed of a man who’s loving, caring, loyal, and pure than you. I’m so blessed that you are my person forever!!!
I know you are the sweetest gift God has given me. Last night was beyond magical. My heart is full of joy baby. You made my day so special and for that I’m forever thankful. My birthday will never be the same. ☺️❤️

The love these two lovebirds have for each other can’t even be put to words, a few years ago, back in 2018, Meddy took her then-girlfriend-now-fiancée Mimi Mehfira to see his family where she was welcomed with open arms.
Back in 2019, the Rwandese R&B heartthrob singer revealed that he didn’t have a fiancée then, but now he can comfortably say that Mimi Mehfira is more than just a girlfriend but a fiancée since she said yes, a BIG YES to the singer when she was proposed to back on her birthday in 2020.
