Maverick Aoko Otieno whose real name Scophine Aoko Otieno has once again caught the attention of social media especially men with her recent response to Kalekye Mumo’s statement on being single to this day.
The CEO of KM Network, Kalekye Mumo said recently that she’s single because she’s an empowered woman who is successful in everything she does.
“As an empowered woman, it has been difficult for me to date. I am still single because there’s that notion that you’re now a woman who cannot listen… whereas the reality is if I have worked hard, I should be able to help even more,” Kaleyke Mumo opened up on 13 October 2021.
Maverick Aoko Otieno —- has made a name for herself over the years doesn’t agree with Kalekye Mumo’s sentiments on why she is single.
Maverick Aoko says that Kalekye Mumo’s reason for being single is not because of her being a successful woman but because she’s a toxic feminist.
“If men were intimidated by successful women, Stedman would not be with Oprah, a BILLIONAIRE. Tabitha of Keroche? Kalekye Mumo is on TV at 45yrs saying men shy away from her b’coz she is empowered na kitu ako nayo ni gari ya loan na mortgage. Madam u r single coz u are a toxic Feminist,” Maverick Aoko shared on Twitter in part.
Maverick Aoko went further to add that women’s success should not be compared to a paycheque and possession of a car because grandmothers raised and fended for their families and raised their kids without money being an issue whatsoever. According to Aoko, this should also be considered a success in a way or two.
“Who told women success is a paycheque and a car? That’s monolithic balderdash. Our grandies fended for and raised decent families, that is also success! Men shy away from toxic women who think having money makes them equal. A man must be allowed to be the man, See that or die alone,” she went further on Twitter.
Maverick Aoko went on to urge young women on social media to be wary of cougars who are threatening their families in the name of feminism after they threw away their chances and opportunities of getting married when they were young in an effort of setting standards.
“U ghels, these so-called ’empowered’ women were once ur age and were busy rejecting potentials; setting standards. As u cheer them, they’ve turned into cradle snatchers, sleeping with ur boyfriends. Shun these cougars who are threatening the family unit in the name of feminism,” she concluded her sentiments on Twitter addressing Kalekye Mumo’s statement.
