Martha Karua has come forward to tell her side of the story of what might have happened to the recently ousted Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, and his woes.
The former 2013 Presidential Candidate, and Narc Kenya leader, through Twitter, believes Mike Sonko was used and later on dumped by the same people who supported him from the get-go.
Replying to what Professor Makau Mutua was saying about Mike Sonko, the Narc Kenya leader accused the people who are responsible for Sonko’s troubles of practicing double standards of the highest order.
Professor Makau Mutua says Mike Sonko is actually the true definition of a true hustler, calling him a jailbird and all.
The American professor says Mike Sonko alone is the only person to be blamed for his troubles, nobody else can be blamed but himself.
“JAILBIRD Mike Sonko — a true hustler — forced his way into the mansion and got too comfortable at the high table. But he couldn’t learn how to properly hold a fork and a dinner knife. Nor could he close his mouth while chewing. He only has himself to blame for being ejected.” Professor Makau Mutua tweeted out.
Martha Karua chimed in on the tweet saying that Mike Sonko’s situation is nothing short of a story of double standards.

Mike Sonko actually started his political career under the Iron Lady’s political party, NARC Kenya a few years ago before he made his way to the top of the political arena where he was able to become the second Nairobi governor through President Uhuru Kenyatta’s political party, Jubilee Party.
Martha Karua maintains Mike Sonko was taken for use and dump right after she and her then Secretary-General groomed and mentored Mike Sonko.
“He was groomed by our then SG before the sharks took him over for use and dump,” Martha Karua added.
